Organizational evolutionary patterns and organizational adaptivity of teacher unions: Two cases. Grant proposal under review.
 
Teacher unions as learning organizations—an ongoing project involving four teacher organizations in Canada and the US; 9 scholarly presentations, 5 publications in peer reviewed journals; 3 additional manuscripts under review
                 
Impact of teacher unionization on relationships between and among key stakeholders in BC education—new project in process.
